Hypnotherapy enables people to access their powerful subconscious mind in order to initiate positive changes in their lives. It involves relaxation techniques that can vastly improve the quality of everyday living. Hypnotherapy is widely recognised as a successful method of treatment; this includes referrals from the NHS.
My approach to solution-led Hypnotherapy has seen my clients overcome a wide range of symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, weight loss, fears, phobias and addictions, such as smoking. Get in touch today to see how you can make a lasting improvement to your life. What will be your Next Chapter?
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society after completing my AIM Awards Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy.
Having personally experienced the benefits of Hypnotherapy, I take great pride in seeing similar outcomes in others. Hypnotherapy helped me to lose and maintain a significant weight loss.
My approach is client focused as I tailor all my treatments to each individual. This means not only focusing on the desired outcome but also adapting the sessions to your personal preferences. Some people prefer a directive approach whilst others like a more passive one. The key to success is personalising each session and spending time on the cause of the condition as well as adapting subsequent sessions based on feedback. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know my clients and giving them some self-help tools so that they leave starting a new, positive next chapter in their lives.
After a few sessions, I offer the opportunity to take home a recording of a session in order to continue the process with Self-Hypnotherapy. Usually, people leave without the need for this as the sessions have been entirely successful. However, some decide they would like the assurance of having the recording should any symptoms re-occur, or simply to practise the relaxation techniques.
A little more about me… I live in a stunning valley near Stroud with my wife and two young children. We love our rural idyll and feel fortunate to have the lifestyle it offers. I enjoy spending time with my diverse extended family and cooking for friends too.
I have travelled extensively and love exploring different countries and cultures. For over ten years I was a professional photographer and still take some commissions – check out my site here – www.rtphotography.co. I love music, art and reading, cooking, Tai Chi, playing guitar and painting when I can. I enjoy swimming, outdoor jogging, kayaking and playing tennis.
