What is Hypnotherapy?
There are many common misconceptions around Hypnotherapy. This is mainly attributed to the performance values seen in stage hypnosis. At no point can anyone be controlled or manipulated during hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy enables people to enter hypnosis which is close to being in a deep sleep and then the hypnotherapist can use suggestion to help them overcome the issue they are being treated for. This process allows them to change bad habits, fears, anxieties or other behaviours or issues that are buried in their subconscious mind, bring them into the conscious mind to change for the better.
